Webber Ave., 31 Floor
Stockton, CA 95202
Subject: Black Oak Engineered Septic Design Correction
Morada, California
Our Job Number: S9789
Dear Mike:
Please be advised that there was an error on our original detail sheet for the subject septic
system design. For a six (6)bedroom house with a second septic tank, the schedule listed leach
line requirements as three(3), 90 foot leach lines. Since four(4) seepage pits are required, the
schedule should have listed the requirement as four(4), 55 foot leach lines. This error has been
corrected on our recently submitted revised Black Oak Engineered Septic System Detail Sheet
(which includes second dwellings). If there are any questions please contact our office.
Very truly yours,
NEIL O.
