Ongoing evaluation of compliance is conducted on a quarterly basis. <br /> At the request of the RWQCB, a revised contingency plan was presented in Stantec's Pilot <br /> Study Work Plan and Revised Contingency Plan, dated January 27, 2009 and is presented on <br /> the following pages. The Revised Contingency Plan was approved by the RWQCB in a letter <br /> dated March 11, 2009. <br />
