In order to comply with facility RCSI requirement of halting activity when winds reach 25mph, the weather <br /> station must be mounted in a location which provides an accurate reading of winds from all directions. <br /> B. Mount weather station at an alternate location which allows for accurate wind readings from all directions. <br /> x 17867(a)(3) -Vectors/Litter/Hazard/Nuisance/Noise/Dust <br /> Comments: Litter was observed in southeast field. <br /> A. All handling activities shall be conducted in a manner that minimizes vectors, litter, hazards, nuisances, and <br /> noise impacts; and minimizes human contact with, inhalation, ingestion, and transportation of dust, particulates, <br /> and pathogenic organisms. <br /> B. Increase frequency of litter patrol in eastern fields. Patch hold underneath eastern perimeter. Extend litter <br /> fence at the southeast corner of the facility to cover open fencing which is allowing litter to pass through. <br /> X 17868.5(d) - Records <br /> Comments: Load checking log was not filled out for this month. <br /> A. Load checking records must completed and maintained on site to demonstrate compliance with load checking <br /> regulations. <br /> B. Compost sample for November has been submitted for testing. <br /> 2.) Rodent traps were in place and bait stations were full. <br /> 3.) Rip rap rock is becoming covered. Ensure rock stays uncovered. <br /> 4.) Odors on site were light and normal. <br /> 5.) Fly population on site was light. <br /> 6.) Temperature range of windrows was between 138F and 160F. Temperature range of overs was between68F and <br /> 108F. Temperature range of ground waste was between 140F and 142F. Green waste was 86F. Temperature of finished <br /> product was 92F. <br /> 7.)
