Rip <br /> rap rock has become completely covered. <br /> A. Facility RCSI states that site activity will be halted once wind speeds reach 25 MPH. Facility RCSI states that <br /> facility will place rip rap rock to reduce amount of track out onto Frewert Rd. <br /> B. Halt site activity once wind speeds reach 25 mph as stated in facility RCSI. Document halting of site activity in <br /> special occurrence log. Clean and place rip rap rock to clean truck tires prior to exiting the facility. <br /> x 17867(a)(3) -Vectors/Litter/Hazard/Nuisance/Noise/Dust <br /> Comments: Litter observed in adjacent field (east). A few rat traps were not placed correctly. <br /> A. All handling activities shall be conducted in a manner that minimizes vectors, litter, hazards, nuisances, and <br /> noise impacts; and minimizes human contact with, inhalation, ingestion, and transportation of dust, particulates, <br /> and pathogenic organisms. <br /> B. Regularly inspect rodent traps to ensure they are baited and set. Regularly inspect adjacent field for litter and <br /> perimeter fence for any new holes. <br /> Inspection Report Comments: <br /> Notes: <br /> 1.) Temperature range of windrows was 131 F to 138F. Temperature of finished compost pile was 131 F. Temperature <br /> range of overs pile was 62F to 70F. Temperature of finished product was 11 OF to 142F. Temperature of green waste <br /> pile was 84F. Temperature of ground green waste was 122F. <br /> 2.) Fly population was light. <br /> 3.) Odors on site were light and normal. <br /> 4.)Very light amount of track-out was observed on Frewert Rd. <br /> 5.)Weather station has been relocated to the top of the main office building. <br /> 6.) Compost sample results were available for review. Compost is in compliance with state standards. <br /> 7.) Litter fence has been extended to cover the southeast corner. <br /> 8.)
