The Geosynthetic CQA Plan refers in section 6.5 <br /> refers to HDPE Pipes when the plans and specifications require PVC pipe to be used. <br /> 20. Final Documentation-Daily Construction Field Reports. The CQA Summary <br /> Report should contain copies of all Records and Forms (Appendix A of CQA Plans) <br /> along with time stamped photographs taken to document critical phases of <br /> construction and construction progress. This information is necessary for Central <br /> Valley Water Board staff to determine whether construction occurred in accordance <br /> with approved Plans, Specifications, and CQA Plan. <br /> 21. Required Submittal Certification. The General Order Report Requirements section <br /> requires the Discharger to submit reports with a reporting declaration in which the <br /> Discharger certifies the report (Please see pages 22 through 24 of the General <br /> Order). The Discharger must certify that amongst other things the submittals are true, <br /> accurate and complete. The Discharger should provide a transmittal letter with any <br /> submittal with the required certification and signature. <br /> B. Non-Critical Administrative Deficiencies: <br /> I Typographical Errors. There are numerous obvious typographical errors in the <br /> documents submitted bringing into question whether the documents were proofread <br /> and properly finalized. Furthermore, the CQA manual is not stamped by the <br /> appropriate registered professional. <br /> 2. CQA Manual Final Report.The CQA manual section 9.6 Final Report is lacking the <br /> detail necessary to determine whether the project was constructed in accordance with <br /> the design report, plans and specifications. The contents of the CQA plan and CQA <br /> report should follow that outlined in Title 27 regulations section 20324. This is <br /> required at this Site due to shallow groundwater that exists (less than 5 feet) below <br /> the detention ponds. <br /> Please provide the necessary corrections to the submittals as soon as possible such that <br /> Central Valley Water Board staff can complete its review and approve the submittals as <br /> consistent with the General Order and the Discharger's NOA requirements.
