<br />Dear Ms. Turkatte:
<br />Please consider this a request to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health
<br />Programs pursuant to California's Public Records Act, Government Code sections 6250
<br />et. seq. I would like to examine for possible copying the following documents:
<br />Any and all documents including, but not limited to, correspondence,
<br />phone logs, phone conversation notes, files, memos, meeting notes,
<br />photographs, minutes, agenda, electronic records, computer records, files
<br />or associated communications pertaining to the proposed expansion of a
<br />compost facility on Frewert Road in San Joaquin County operated by
<br />Harvest Power California, LLC.
<br />2. Any and all documents including, but not limited to, correspondence,
<br />phone logs, phone conversation notes, files, memos, meeting notes,
<br />photographs, minutes, agenda, electronic records, computer records, files
<br />or associated communications pertaining to the approval of Solid Waste
<br />Facility Permit 39 -AA -0051 held by Harvest Power California on Frewert
<br />Road in San Joaquin County.
<br />Any and all documents including, but not limited to, correspondence,
<br />phone logs, phone conversation notes, files, memos, meeting notes,
<br />photographs, minutes, agenda, electronic records, computer records, files
<br />or associated communications pertaining to any enforcement regarding
<br />Solid Waste Facility Permit 39 -AA -0051 held by Harvest Power
<br />California on Frewert Road in San Joaquin County.
<br />Should you decide any of the requested material is not to be disclosed, pursuant to
<br />Government Code, section 6255, please describe the material withheld and specify in
<br />detail the statutory or administrative basis for withholding the requested material. (See
<br />Government Code, §§ 6253 and 6255.) This section states that any documents requested
<br />that are being withheld must be stated so in writing when a written request has been
<br />made.
