Monitoring records <br /> include: (1)date and time of all monitoring or sampling; (2)monitoring equipment calibration and maintenance <br /> records; (3)results of any visual observations; (4)results of sample analysis performed a lab or in the field; (5)logs <br /> of all readings of gauges or other monitoring equipment, ground water elevations, or other test results; (6)results of <br /> inventory readings and reconciliations. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate and maintain all missing maintenance and monitoring records for the <br /> last three years on site and submit copies to the EHD. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 205 CCR 2712(i) Failure to have current UST Monitoring Plan readily accessible at the facility. <br /> OBSERVATION:An approved copy of the monitoring plans were not available for inspection. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A copy of these plans shall be accessible on site at all times. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate and retain a copy on site. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 304 CCR 2631(a); HSC 25290.1(c) Failure to construct, operate, and maintain primary containment as product-tight. <br /> OBSERVATION:Approximately two cups of liquid was observed in the biodiesel fill sumps, indicating a leak in the <br /> primary containment. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All primary containment for the UST system must be product tight. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately have a properly licensed,trained, and certified contractor repair or replace the <br /> failed component(s), under permit and inspection of the EHD if necessary. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> FA0006672 PR0505264 SCO01 05/18/2021 <br /> EHD 23-01 Rev.9/16/2020 Page 5 of 6 Underground Storage Tank Program OIR <br /> 1868 E.
