I have some concerns with this project and they are <br /> as follows: <br /> 1. 1 was going over the list of referrals and I noticed that the city of Lathrop was not on the list. This project is 3/8 <br /> of a mile from their city limits I also think that River Islands should be included as someone to be notified. <br /> 2. 1 see from my information regarding this project that 1500 chickens would be the maximum. I don't see any <br /> amount for the goats,sheep and cattle. What numbers are we looking at? We could be looking at a lot of tons <br /> of manure which could bring in mosquitos and flies plus the odor. <br /> 3. This project is also in a flood zone. i believe that the last time it flooded out there was in 1997.If it was to flood <br /> again some of the possible issues could be flooded roads,manure floating with flood waters and going into <br /> ditches and other landowners property. <br /> 4. 1 don't think this is the right place for this project because there are multiple homes within close proximity and <br /> also a public golf course. <br /> Thank you for hearing my concerns.
