The supporting statement that the IS/MND "found no potentially significant <br /> environmental impacts that could be mitigated to a less than significant level' is in <br /> inadequate,as the IS/MND lacks the requisite analysis to make that finding. <br /> The City of Lathrop requests the Planning Commission continue the item to a date <br /> uncertain so that an Air Quality Analysis can be prepared by a qualified professional to <br /> analyze and properly disclose the potentially significant impacts related to odor.
