Processing of animals and raising chickens are considered an agricultural farming operation.All properties within <br /> any zone in San Joaquin County are su bject to the San Joaquin County Right-to-Farm Ordinance(Ordinance Code <br /> of San Joaquin County Section 6-0004[C]),which states that San Joaquin County recognizes and supports the right <br /> to farm agricultural lands in a manner consistent with accepted customs, practices, and standards.The Right-to- <br /> Farm Ordinance states, "Residents of property on or near agricultural land should be prepared to accept the <br /> inconveniences or discomforts associated with agricultural operations or activities.
