The facility will process on average of one(1)animal per day,The second use <br /> is a chicken farm for a maximum of 1,000 chickens within a 19,000 square foot enclosure with two(2) 800 square <br /> foot metal agricultural barns for the shelter of chickens, and a 100 square foot building for the storage of manure. <br /> Manure will be hauled off-site to an approved manure facility, and not utilized for crop production on the property. <br /> The existing fire protection is provided bythe Tracy Rural fire district,existing law enforcement protection is provided <br /> by the San Joaquin County Sheriff's Department,and the existing school services are provided by the Tracy Unified <br /> School District with the nearest school located approximately 4.8 miles southeast of the project site.There are no <br /> parks in the vicinity, and none are required to be provided, Therefore, the project will not result in the need for <br /> additional fire protection, police protection,schools,parks,or ctherpublicfacilities, <br /> 25 <br /> Planning Commission Staff Report, PA-1800316(UP) 29 <br /> Environmental Review <br />
