The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for Harney Lane 76 as of June 23 , 2021 . <br /> Open violations from May 04 , 2021 inspection <br /> Violation #106 - Failed to train employees on waste handling and emergency procedures . <br /> OBSERVATION : At the time of inspection , it could not be demonstrated ( not necessarily documented ) that <br /> employees who handle hazardous waste have been trained . Employee Dhury Cheuds stated that he just started <br /> working approximately 1 month ago and has not been trained in proper handling of hazardous waste . Per manager <br /> Jesse Singh , hazardous waste training has not been provided at this facility . <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE : The business owner must ensure that all employees are thoroughly familiar with proper <br /> waste handling and emergency procedures , relevant to their responsibilities during normal facility operations and <br /> emergencies . <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION : Immediately train the employees . Provide proof of training within 30 days to the San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department ( EHD) for employees whose responsibilities include hazardous <br /> waste . <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date) : <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br />
