Weber Avenue, Third Floor <br /> Stockton, CA 95202 <br /> RE: Phase II soil investigation transmittal <br /> To Whom It May Concern: <br /> Enclosed please find a work plan, health and safety plan, a completed Master File Record <br /> form, and the associated review fees, for work proposed to be conducted at 1404 West <br /> Weber Avenue in Stockton, California. The work will be conducted as a component of <br /> the potential transfer of property ownership. <br /> Since the work is being conducted on behalf of the prospective buyer of the site, a site <br /> access agreement has been obtained from the current site owner, and the agreement is <br /> included in Appendix B of the work plan. Any additional billings will be submitted to <br /> Pacific Cement as indicated on the MFR form. <br /> A well permit application and its associated fee will be submitted to the EHD under <br /> separate cover directly by the drilling contractor.
