Attachment CA <br /> Required Reporting or Documents <br /> Below is the minimum reporting required to complete the task in Mutual Release and Convenant Not To <br /> Sue. A report submittal schedule will be developed to correspond with the dates in-final Mutual Release <br /> and Convenant Not To Sue. <br /> 1. A signed agreement between Mr. Douglas and Mr. Warmerdam on a guaranteed water supply for <br /> Mr. Warmerdam's property. <br /> 2. Three Underground Tanks (The reports below should be consistent with the Tri-Regional Staff <br /> Recommendations): <br /> a) A work plan for the underground tank removals and soil sampling. <br /> b) The results and evaluation of data from the tank removals. This would include any <br /> further evaluation of the lateral and vertical extent of contamination, which may include <br /> additional sampling and remediation. <br /> C) Any additional investigation and reporting necessary to determine the extent of <br /> contamination and to remediate any releases from the underground tanks that threaten <br /> water quality. <br /> 3. Pond 2: <br /> a) A work plan on the closure of the pond. <br /> b) As builts and certification the pond is closed according to the work plan. <br /> 4. Sampling and analysis plan for the annual groundwater monitoring. <br /> 5. A report describing the removal of wastewater from Pond 1. <br /> 6. Injection Well: <br /> a) Closure plan with approval from U.S.EPA. <br /> b) Closure report with a discussion of any problems or variation from the closure plan and <br /> certification the closure was done as described. <br />
