Page 2 TL 488-0115-00 <br /> Sampling Procedure <br /> The samples were obtained by Mr. Ray Kurz of our firm <br /> on March 11, 1988. The locations of the soil samples <br /> are presented on the attached drawing and labeled as <br /> S-1, S-2 , and S-3 . The locations and depths of sampling <br /> were specified by Mr. Mike Bennett of Pacific Gas and <br /> Electric Company. The soil samples were retrieved using <br /> pre-cleaned glass containers and immediately packed in ice <br /> for shipment to the laboratory. The water sample was <br /> collected using pre-cleaned 40 millimeter vial bottles and a <br /> one-gallon glass container. The samples were clearly <br /> identified and banded with shipping seals. The samples <br /> retrieved in the field was brought to our facility in <br /> Fresno, California on March 11, 1988. <br /> Test Methods <br /> The soil and water samples retrieved from the project site <br /> were analyzed for the following constituents using the <br /> listed EPA methods. <br /> Benzene, Toluene, Xylenes SW-846: Methods 5020, 8020 <br /> Total Hydrocarbons SW-846: Methods 5020, 8015 <br /> c; iec;7, it*dng malatiee,�nc. <br /> Fresno Modesto Visalia Bakersfield <br />
