Low detection limits enable use of results in a risk assessment and comparison to the lowest screening levels for delineation. 3.As hold time for nitrate-nitrogen and nitrite-nitrogen is 48 hours,groundwater samples must be shipped same day to Lancaster early in week,so samples arrive before Friday. 4.Groundwater samples tested for hardness,boron,calcium,sodium,iron,magnesium,manganese,and potassium must be filtered in the field.
