rights and obligations under this Agreement. No third party beneficiary <br /> contractual rights are intended to be created hereby. <br /> 14. Recordation of the Agreement. Any party to this Agreement may at any time <br /> hereafter cause this Agreement to be recorded in the Office of the County <br /> Recorder of San Joaquin County, California. <br /> 15. Appeal of Agency Orders Chevron and Texaco will not challenge any directive <br /> or order of the Agency on the ground that they are not legally responsible for the <br /> Contamination and TCE contamination currently existing on the Property or in <br /> the groundwater. Chevron and Texaco reserve the right, however, to challenge <br /> the appropriateness of any action required in any directive or order of the Agency. <br /> 16. Chevron and Texaco's Joint Responsibility Under this agreement, Chevron <br /> and Texaco are held jointly and severably responsible for performance of all <br /> activities which are required to be performed by Chevron and Texaco.
