You will <br /> find a detail discussion of the planned work in the Work Plan for Groundwater Sampling at <br /> 35275 Welty Road, Vernalis California. We have scheduled Gregg Drilling to do the work on <br /> February 27th. We anticipate the work will only take one day to complete. If it is necessary, we <br /> have included the Request for Priority Review form. <br /> Enclosed are the necessary Work Plan, Health and Safety Plan is attached as an appendix to the <br /> work plan, the County Masterfile Record Information Form, Request for Priority Review, Well <br /> Permit Application (triplicate), and the Contractor Questionnaire.
