7-Eleven, Inc.
Ethan Valburg
Direct Dial Number (714) 253-6491
Via Email Delivery
June 4, 2021
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Division
1868 E Hazelton Ave
Stockton, CA 95205
Attn: Elianna Florido
Re:7-Eleven Store No. 38877
1515 E Main St
Stockton, CA 95205
Inspection Report
Dear Inspector Florido:
The intent of this letter is to respond to the item(s) you noted on your Inspection Report issued to
the location referenced above dated 0//2021.
Item 6: On your inspection report you noted that the site map was missing several items. You
requested that the site map be updated to reflect all items that you requested.
Resolution 6: The site map was updated and uploaded into CERS on 05/27/2021. The map is
available in CERS.
Item 11, 106:On your inspection report you noted that the facility manager was not familiar with
the procedures of a fuel release. You requested that the employee be retrained on fuel release
procedures.
Resolution 11, 106:The employee, Deepak Vig, was not incorrect when he referenced that a
clean-up company would be addressing fuel spills, but he was incorrect in stating that they will
clean up all spills. As the franchisee stated you, small spills will be cleaned up by thesite personnel
while larger ones will be handled by Stantec. Deepak has been reminded of this detail by the
franchisee and will no longer be working at the station as a designated facility employee. He will
always be working with others who have received the Designated Operator and HMBP training
and will not have any fuel spill clean-up duties.
Item 12: On your inspection report you noted that the site could not provide the emergency
response plan, chemical inventory or site map upon request.
Resolution 12:The site personnel were found to have knowledge of where these documents were
when the DO was onsite. The site map, response plan and contingency plan were all available for
review during the DO training on 05/20/2021.
7-Eleven, Inc.
P.O. Box 711 – Dallas, Texas 75221-0711
