Amount of release is unknown but is <br /> believed to be less than 100 gallons. <br /> OBSERVATIONS: <br /> Arrived on site and attempted to make contact with either property owner or someone with T. Ramirez Trucking. Northern <br /> half of property has approximately 25 cars parked. There were also two trailers that appeared to be occupied. A man was <br /> observed sanding a car. He did not speak English. A woman and a man were sitting in a parked van on the northern half of <br /> the property. They were not part of T. Ramirez Trucking and were currently waiting for someone. Went to the southern half <br /> of the property to find someone with T. Ramirez Trucking. The southern half of the property was full of parked semi-trucks. <br /> Oily staining was observed on the dirt in several areas. A majority of the oily stains appeared to be from leaking trucks. <br /> There were a couple stains from oily engine parts being placed on the dirt. No waterways or storm drains appeared to be <br /> impacted. No active leaks were observed. Unable to make contact with anyone from T. Ramirez Trucking while on site.T. <br /> Ramirez Trucking to immediately clean-up the oily stains on the property. T. Ramirez Trucking to notify SJC EHD at <br /> 209-483-5867 when clean-up is complete so SJC EHD can verify that all contamination has been removed. T.
