Please notify everyone via email when the cleanup will begin, I will confirm with you the exact time. Be <br /> sure the Hazmat company understands the required cleaning involved. <br /> Deep stormwater catch basin has motor oil staining along the rim, walls and bottom floor. One storm catch basin insert <br /> filter must be removed and replaced. All contaminated absorbent on the pavement and inside the storm catch basin <br /> must be removed. Remaining oil/oil staining must be cleaned from all affected areas and all wastewater generated <br /> must be captured and transported off site and disposed of properly. No wastewater shall pass the storm catch basin, all <br /> must be contained and captured. <br /> City of Stockton Environmental Control personnel must be notified once the cleaning has been scheduled,this is an <br /> immediate cleanup required.
