Brian Uribe of City of Stockton Stormwater Department arrived on-site to ensure the property <br /> owner cleans the storm drain. <br /> Please be advised that the disposal of any waste[HSC 5411]or disposal of any hazardous waste, or the causing thereof, is <br /> prohibited when the disposal is at a facility which is not permitted or authorized for hazardous waste disposal. [HSC 25189.5 <br /> (a)]. Please be aware that all hazardous waste shall be disposed of under appropriate hazardous waste manifesting <br /> procedure[HSC 25160(b)(3)]. Notify the EHD when the clean-up is complete in order for the EHD to verify. Provide all <br /> hazardous waste determinations,sample analytical results, and waste/hazardous waste disposal records to the EHD for all <br /> clean up debris associated with this clean up. <br /> VIOLATIONS: <br /> • Discharge of any waste, including sewage <br /> (CA Health and Safety Code 5411) <br /> • Discharge of waste or sewage to water or within 150 ft. of waterway <br /> (SJC Ordinance Code Sections 9-1125.3, 9-1125.4) <br /> • Improper disposal of a hazardous waste <br /> (CA Health and Safety Code 25189.5) <br /> • Permitting or Maintaining a Nuisance <br /> (SJC Ordinance Code Section 8-5100) <br /> Other Violation <br /> ORRECTIVE ACTIONS/ORDER: <br /> • Investigate and abate contamination under the oversite of the appropriate lead agency. <br /> Immediately.
