Left a voice mail. GAITAN <br /> Contacted Alejandro Alcaraz, Son of responsible party. (209) 898-8599. Alejandro <br /> hung up the phone, as soon as I introduced myself. <br /> Contacted Stephen Sked, Maintenance Supervisor. (209)468-7051. He stated <br /> that he has not been contacted regarding clean-up. I requested if he can contact <br /> me if he receives any update. <br /> 07/22/2020 Received message from John Alaniz (RENS). Based on message I contacted GAITAN <br /> Elena Manzo (Lead Senior REHS. Discussed complaint. <br /> 07/22/2020 Received call from Stephen Sked, maintenance Supervisor. Stated that a two GAITAN <br /> company is moving the burned car. I asked if any company was on site to <br /> clean-up the waste. He stated that no clean-up company is on site yet. <br /> Contacted Elena Manzo (Lead Senior REHS) updated her on complaint. <br /> 07/22/2020 Contacted Stephen Sked, Maintenance Supervisor, (209)483-7051. GAITAN <br /> Asked if any progress has been made to clean-up of the storm drain. He stated <br /> that he noticed the gutter leading to storm drain appeared to be swept clean. I <br /> asked who cleaned it up, he stated that he does not know. He confirmed that the <br /> car has been towed away. I asked if he knew the name of the Tow truck company, <br /> he stated that he does not know. <br /> Sent message to John Alaniz (REHS) asked if City of Stockton has been notified <br /> regarding the storm drain. <br /> 07/22/2020 Discussed complaint with John Alaniz (RENS). GAITAN <br /> 07/23/2020 Looked up the property owner and filled out the complaint information. Added the ALANIZ <br /> coordinates of the spill and completed the PROP 65. <br /> 07/24/2020 Downloaded the photos and completed the photo log. Completed the narrative ALANIZ <br /> entries for 7/21/2020, 7/22/2020, and 7/23/2020. <br /> Sent a copy of the notice to abate to Steven Sked, airport maintenance supervisor, <br /> <ssked@sjgov.org>. <br /> 07/24/2020 Received a call from Bryan Toledo <Bryan.Toledo@stocktonca.gov>, ALANIZ <br /> 290-993-3273. He asked for a copy of the notice to abate and the responsible <br /> party information. Emailed it to him. <br /> 07/28/2020 Discussed complaint with Muniappa Naidu, Program Coordinator. ALANIZ <br /> Justin Padilla, Public Works, had questions about the location of the car fire. <br /> Called Justin, and left a message. Emailed him the location and gave him the <br /> contact information for Stephen Sked. Stephen is the maintenance supervisor for <br /> the Stockton airport. <br /> Justin's contact information is <jpadilla@sjgov.org>, 209-468-2907. <br /> 07/29/2020 Emailed the responsible party information to Public Works employee Justin ALANIZ <br /> Padilla, <jpadilla@sjgov.org>. <br /> 07/29/2020 Called Juan Alcaraz, 209-688-7585, and asked for the disposal records.
