As requested, this revision includes a detailed evaluation of the LFG
collection system and identifies system improvements. The most significant of these improvements
is the installation of a dual LFG/soil gas well at the northeast corner of the Secondary Site in
response to the continued detection of combustible gas above regulatory limits at probe GW-3-d.
The proposed location increases collection from an area that our evaluation identifies as possibly
not being fully under the influence of the LFG wells.
We are proceeding directly with the installation of the well. We have contacted our driller to
schedule a site visit, and intend to install the well as soon as possible, in early February or sooner, if
the regulatory compliance at probe GW-3-d is not restored.
If you have any questions, please contact me at extension 8-3066.
Sincerely,
W.
