<br /> along a route lying southwesterly of end adjacent to the northeasterly boundary line of said land,

<br /> Cboundary line of said land. In no event shall the above route be more than six (6) feet distant

<br /> Grantor shall hevo the richt to trim trees and shrubs which may interfere with the exercise
<br /> of the rights for telephone and telegraph lines above reserved and Grantee shall not plant any
<br /> trees or shrubs upon or within fourteen (14) feet of said northeasterly boundary line.
<br /> Grantor also excepts and reserves to itself, its successors and assigns, all structures, ap-
<br /> purtene.noes ani aqulpmect situated on or under said premises and not included in that certain in-
<br /> ventcry countersigned by Grantor and Grantee, entitled, "Inventory of Structures, Appurtenances
<br /> and Equipment Conveyed with Vernalis Pump Station by that certain Desd dated November 1, 1935,
<br /> from Standard 011 Cor_pany of California to A.R.Rennie."
<br /> Grantor agrees t^ ramove from said premises all structures, appurteances and equipment so
<br /> excepted and reserved, except pipe lines and pole line for which rights of way are provided above,
<br /> an.1 axoept all tanks, before Januar? 1. 1936; and Gren:or arr6es to remove from said premises all
<br /> oil tanks before July 1, 1936.
<br /> This Grant is made subject to all valid and existinr licensee, leases, grants, exceptions -
<br /> and reservations affecting the premises.
