TRANS-1: The project applicant shall meet with the County Engineer and the <br /> County Community Development Director, along with a <br /> representative of the Stockton Unified School District, to evaluate <br /> the need for crosswalks and associated signage and other alerting <br /> devices in the vicinity of the project site. Should it be determined <br /> that such additional facilities would be necessary, they shall be <br /> made a condition of approval for the project, and the project <br /> applicant shall pay fair-share costs for the installation of these <br /> facilities. The County shall determine fair-share costs. <br /> Significance After Miti ag tion: Less than significant <br /> d) Emergency Access. <br /> The 2706 Pock Lane site and both sections of the 3009 Pock Lane site would have at <br /> least two points of access for emergency vehicles. Mitigation Measure HAZ-1 would <br /> address potential obstructions to emergency vehicles during project construction, after <br /> which there would be no impediments to emergency access. Project impacts on <br /> emergency access would be less than significant. <br /> 3.18 TRIBAL CULTURAL RESOURCES <br /> a)Would the project cause a substantial adverse change in <br /> the significance of a tribal cultural resource,defined in <br /> Public Resources Code Section 21074 as either a site, <br /> feature,place,cultural landscape that is geographically Less Than <br /> defined in terms of the size and scope of the landscape, Significant <br /> sacred place,or object with cultural value to a California Potentially with Less Than <br /> Native American tribe,and that is: Significant Mitigation Significant <br /> Impact Incorporated Impact No Impact <br /> i)Listed or eligible for listing in the California Register <br /> of Historical Resources,or in a local register of historical <br /> resources as defined in Public Resources Code Section <br /> 5020.1(k),or <br /> ii)A resource determined by the lead agency,in its <br /> discretion and supported by substantial evidence,to be <br /> significant pursuant to criteria set forth in subdivision(c) <br /> of Public Resources Code Section 5024.1?In applying <br /> the criteria set forth in subdivision(c)of Public <br /> Resources Code Section 5024.1,the lead agency shall <br /> consider the significance of the resource to a California <br /> Native American tribe? <br /> NARRATIVE DISCUSSION <br /> Information for this section is provided from a Cultural Resources Inventory and <br /> Evaluation Report prepared for the project by Solano Archaeological Services LLC, <br /> available in Appendix C of this document.
