Review by the Community Development Department <br /> is limited to General Plan conformity and participation in Areas of Benefit and <br /> Community Facilities District 90-1. The following information is provided as result of that <br /> review: <br /> Community Development Department <br /> The Community Development Department has determined that the site does conform to <br /> the City of Stockton's General Plan. <br /> The property owner shall sign a Conditional Utility Service Agreement for future <br /> annexation to the City of Stockton on demand by the City. <br /> Municipal Utilities Department — Sanitary Sewer <br /> The subject parcel is currently not served by City sewer. The nearest City sewer is the <br /> existing 6-inch line in Pock Lane. <br /> Local Agency Formation Commission of San Joaquin County <br /> All applications outside the City's jurisdictional boundaries are subject to Local Agency <br /> Formation Commission of San Joaquin County (LAFCO) review, fees and approval. <br /> LAFCO approval is required prior to the City of Stockton approval.
