December 14, 2020 dat1ceo
Project No. 20-6235 ArrEMPra,Ee-OwnedCo"any
Page 2
HISTORICAL RECOGNIZED ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITION
This assessment has revealed no evidence of HRECs in connection with the subject
property.
CONTROLLED RECOGNIZED ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITION
This assessment has revealed no evidence of CRECs in connection with the subject
property.
RECOGNIZED ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
This assessment has revealed no evidence of RECs in connection with the subject
property.
OTHER POTENTIAL ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES
This assessment has revealed no evidence of other potential environmental issues in
connection with the subject property, except for potential residual pesticide in the soil
due to the property's agricultural use from at least 1937 to the early 2000's.
CONCLUSIONS AND OPINION
AdvancedGeo, Inc. (AGI) has performed a Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment in
conformance with the scope and limitations of ASTM Practice E1527-13, US -EPA AAI
for the property located at 3009 Pock Lane, Stockton, California. It is the opinion of the
environmental professionals that the findings and conclusions presented in this report
are reasonable and prudent, given the evidence as presented.
This assessment has revealed no evidence of RECs in connection with the property,
however the property's use as agricultural land for over 70 years represents a potential
environmental concern for future residential development. Long term agricultural use
may leave residual pesticide in the soil. AGI recommends a limited sampling of the
surface soil of the subject property to analyze the presence of residual pesticides.
