Further <br />property location descriptions, characteristics, improvements and site vicinity <br />characteristics are discussed below. <br />1.2.1. Site and Vicinity General Characteristics <br />The subject property is located within a residential area of the City of Stockton, San <br />Joaquin County, California. Figure 1 shows the setting of the subject property (7.5 <br />Minute United States Geological Survey [USGS] Topographic Series, Stockton East, <br />California). Photographs of the subject property are provided in Appendix A. <br />1.2.3. Current Use of Property <br />The subject property is currently vacant and undeveloped. <br />1.2.4.
