Building Department Records <br />The City of Stockton Community Development Department Building Division was <br />unable to locate any records related to the subject property. <br />3.1.1.6. Assessor's Records <br />A review of San Joaquin County Assessor's records was requested, but was not made <br />available within the time frame of this Phase I investigation. <br />3.1.1.7. Previous Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments <br />No previous Phase I or II Environmental Site Assessments were provided to AGI by <br />the user and/or property owner during the course of this Phase I. <br />3.1.2. Historical Use Information on Adjoining Properties <br />Historical uses of immediately adjoining properties are summarized below. <br />North <br />Agricultural and residential. <br />South <br />Agricultural and residential. <br />East <br />Agricultural and residential until the early 1980's, then commercial and industrial. <br />West <br />Agricultural and residential. <br />Historical uses of adjoining properties do not appear to be of environmental concern to <br />the subject property. <br />
