, jjP Tanknology
October 12, 2021
Ethan Valburg
7-Eleven
RE : Test report for site 14113 3040 Benjamin Holt Stockton
Ethan,
Tanknology performed the overfill on the external alarm at the site shown above on June 14, 2021 . The
report was turned n by the technician on June 15th. The report was processed and sent to the agency on
June 16th
Tanknology received an e -mail from Lydia Baker with San Joaquin Environmental on June 29th stating
the report showed the external alarm going off at 97% not 90% and that the report would not be
accepted .
The report was sent back to the technician on June 29th to review and correct as needed . It was
determined that once the technician found the proper gallons that the alarm was going off at he went to
the right on the tank chart instead of the left as he should have (see attached tank chart) . The test report
was corrected and sent back into our system on June 29th
We have an employee that reviews all of the test reports for the Western Division . Our reporting system
typically sends the reports to this person to review . In this case it put this report into a different folder
that requires an operations person to review the report before it is finalized . All though all of the other
movements of this report had been timely and prompt this folder was not reviewed until 8/20/21 where it
was then reviewed and sent into final review and forwarded to the agency .
I have personally been reviewing the reports in this folder of late to insure timely turnaround of these
reports .
Please let me know if I can provide any additional information .
Respectfully,
Jerry Belloli
Regional VP
Tanknology
1024 Industrial Way Suites A-B, Lodi, CA 95240 Local (209) 365-1246 Toll Free (800) 964-0180 Fax (209 ) 365- 1543
www.tanknology.com
