These
areas are:
• A 111W former underground storage tank location near the entrance
gate to e site.
• A former underground storage tank location between a pole barn
and main repair building at the site.
• A former retention pond which stored water sourced from a former truck
wash.
• A former oil sump associated with two former waste oil tanks (now
removed).
• A soil stockpile possibly containing oil impacted soil sourced from the
truck washing operation.
• An area of soil staining underneath a pole barn building formerly used for
equipment storage.
The following work plan describes the work proposed to address these
conditions.
2937 Veneman Avenue, Suite B240 Geo-Phase Environmental Inc.
