' tessage Page 2 of 3
Sent: Tuesday, May 27, 2008 10:59 AM
To: Mike Infurna [EH]
Subject: RE: Connell Motors
Mike, I will deliver a paper copy of the SVE/IAS work plan (31 March 2008) to your office
today. The attached map (figure 4) is the proposed locations (pink), with potential labels for
the wells, these are the proposed labels and may change only is the wells are no field
feasible, however for everyone's sanity, I will attempt to stick to the number.
Proposed are a total of ten IAS (IAS-5 to IAS-I5)wells (70 to 75 feet bsg. screen) and four
sve (V W 1713 to V W2213) wells (35 to 55 feet bsg. screen) two inch casing (0.02 slot).
The scope of work should move quickly, two wells a day and grouting as we go along. The
work is proposed for the first two weeks of June (02 June to 12 June or less).
The driller faxed over an LDC. Please also supply Woodward with a copy of the permit,
they do the well driller reports quickly and also request a copy of the permit.
Thanks.
William R Little
California Professional Geologist 7473
Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc.
Stockton - Santa Rosa - Monterey - Brea
1-800-511-9300
wlittle@advgeoenv.com
www.advgeoenv.com
This email/fax message is for the sole use of the untended recipient(s)and may contain confidential and
privileged information.Any unauthorized review, use, disclosure or distribution of this email/fax is prohibited.
If you are not the intended recipient, please contact the sender by email/fax and destroy all paper and
electronic copies of the original message.
-----Original Message-----
From: Mike Infurna [EH] [mailto:MInfurna@sjcehd.com]
Sent: Tuesday, May 27, 2008 9:38 AM
To: wlittle@advgeoenv.com
Cc: rmarty@advgeoenv.com
Subject: Connell Motors
Bill,
I received your Well Permit Application form, check and CVRWQCB approval letter for the
work approved under a 2008 work plan. Unfortunately I did NOT receive a copy of the work
plan JLB referrences in his letter and I do NOT know how the wells are to be constructed.
Additionally, the map included in your submittal packet does NOT have a legend that clearly
identifies the proposed wells and/or their location. Also, you application did NOT
name/identify the wells. Based on JLBs letter I understand there are 4 SVE and 10 AS wells
proposed.
before I can issue I'll need:
1-the work plan
2-complete map showing the names and locations of ALL 14 proposed wells
3-an estimate for the date you think you'd like to start(or the date you and the driller have set
5/27/2008
