The attached map (figure 4) is the proposed locations (pink), with potential labels for <br /> the wells, these are the proposed labels and may change only is the wells are no field <br /> feasible, however for everyone's sanity, I will attempt to stick to the number. <br /> Proposed are a total of ten IAS (IAS-5 to IAS-I5)wells (70 to 75 feet bsg. screen) and four <br /> sve (V W 1713 to V W2213) wells (35 to 55 feet bsg. screen) two inch casing (0.02 slot). <br /> The scope of work should move quickly, two wells a day and grouting as we go along. The <br /> work is proposed for the first two weeks of June (02 June to 12 June or less). <br /> The driller faxed over an LDC. Unfortunately I did NOT receive a copy of the work <br /> plan JLB referrences in his letter and I do NOT know how the wells are to be constructed. <br /> Additionally, the map included in your submittal packet does NOT have a legend that clearly <br /> identifies the proposed wells and/or their location. Also, you application did NOT <br /> name/identify the wells. Based on JLBs letter I understand there are 4 SVE and 10 AS wells <br /> proposed. <br /> before I can issue I'll need: <br /> 1-the work plan <br /> 2-complete map showing the names and locations of ALL 14 proposed wells <br /> 3-an estimate for the date you think you'd like to start(or the date you and the driller have set <br /> 5/27/2008 <br />
