r Ms. Karna Harrigfeld - 3 - 15 September 2000
4. Following review of the investigation report, Board staff will issue a monitoring and reporting
program (MRP). An MRP is issued pursuant to Section 13267 of the California Water Code and
is designed to delineate groundwater contaminant plumes, establish regular groundwater
monitoring, provide a format for reporting data, and determine whether remediation efforts are
effective. The investigation report needs to include any recommendations for the MRP.
By 6 October 2000,please submit a revised work plan that addresses the comments above.
