River City Petroleum 2 - 1 May.2008 . <br /> Connell Motor Lift Truck <br /> Stockton, San Joaquin County <br /> scale implementation of ISCR may take from 12 to 18 months to achieve a declining <br /> concentration trend for the petroleum hydrocarbon plume. <br /> Comments: <br /> 1) The Workplans are approved as presented. <br /> 2) If monitoring wells MW-25 or MW-26 show increases in dissolved oxygen levels during <br /> the ISCR pilot study, then the air sparge wells closest to these monitoring wells shall be <br /> turned off during the pilot study, to determine whether the ISCR pilot study is effective. <br /> 3) If MW-7 and MW-8 produce excessive water when operating as SVE wells (as <br /> compared to current SVE wells), then shallow SVE wells shall be installed at those <br /> locations. <br /> Please procure all permits, and give the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department and myself at least three working days notice before fieldwork commences.
