MONITORING AND REPORTING rAOGRAM NO.R5-2005-XXXX -2- <br /> FORMER <br /> 2-FORMER CONNELL MOTOR LIFT TRUCK <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> the above-named wells and any wells installed subsequent to the issuance of this MRP, shall follow the <br /> schedule below. If present, monitoring wells with free phase petroleum(free) product or visible sheen <br /> shall be monitored for product thickness and depth to water only, and bailed to remove free product. <br /> A sample of free product(if present) must be collected at least once and analyzed for classification of <br /> product and to obtain a chromatograph for comparison to dissolved hydrocarbons detected in other we s. <br /> The volume of extracted groundwater and petroleum product (if present) shall be provided in quarterl <br /> monitoring reports. If results are nondetectable for <br /> Stoddard Solvent or the results do not conform to the standard for both sampling events,no further monitoring for Stoddard Solvent is required in that well. <br /> If Stoddard Solvent is detected,it shall be added to the quarterly monitoring program for the well in which it was detected. <br /> 3 If dissolved lead is detected,the Discharger shall perform verification sampling within 30 days of submittal of the monitoring report. If lead pollution is <br /> verified,the Discharger shall continue quarterly monitoring for dissolved lead. If the presence of dissolved lead is not confirmed,no further test is required. <br /> 4 Fuel oxygenates,including MTBE,methanol,ethanol,tertiary butyl alcohol(TBA),tertiary amyl methyl ether(TAME),di-isopropyl ether(D1PE),and ethyl <br /> tertiary butyl ether(ETBE)shall be analyzed in all monitoring wells during two monitoring events in the first and third quarters. If results are <br /> nondetectable for fuel oxygenates for both sampling events,no further monitoring for oxygenates is required in that well. if a fuel oxygenate is detected,it <br /> shall be added to the quarterly monitoring program for the well in which it was detected. <br />
