(AGE) has prepared this has prepared this work plan for the <br /> destruction of ground water monitoring wells and remediation wells at 2211 North Wilson <br /> Way, Stockton, California (the site). The site setting is illustrated in Figure 1. Site <br /> structures, soil borings, and monitoring and remediation well locations are shown in <br /> Figure 2. <br /> This work plan was prepared in accordance with Central Valley Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board guidelines for the investigation of underground storage tank(UST)sites and <br /> further in accordance with the San Joaquin County Department of Environmental Health <br /> (SJCEHD) Standards For Well Construction and Destruction. <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> A total of fourth-eight (48) ground water monitoring wells (MW-1 through MW-48) have ,q 6 <br /> been installed on-site as part of the ongoing subsurface investigation at the site. 34 <br /> Additionally, to preform active soil and ground water remediation feasibility and full-scale /4 <br /> site mitigation thirty-four (34) soil vapor extraction, fourteen (14) in-situ air-sparging wells <br /> and one ground water extraction well have been installed under SJCEHD permit. 507 <br /> The State Water Resources Board - Division of Financial Responsibility five-year review <br /> for the site determined active remediation is not required and site closure was to be <br /> conducted.
