Del <br /> Prete (GRANTOR) and the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Stockton, a public <br /> body, corporate and politic (AGENCY). <br /> The undersigned GRANTOR hereby grants to the AGENCY, its agents, employees, and <br /> contractors, permission to enter upon the property described as 815 E. Weber Ave., <br /> Stockton (San Joaquin County Assessor's Parcel Number 139-280-09) for the purpose <br /> of Phase 11 Environmental Assessment work and where necessary the collection and <br /> testing of soil and groundwater samples and all incidents necessary to accomplish said <br /> work or, in, under, or above the subject property.
