McCarty <br /> (GRANTOR) and the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Stockton, a public <br /> body, corporate and politic (AGENCY). <br /> The undersigned GRANTOR hereby grants to the AGENCY, its agents, <br /> employees, and contractors, permission to enter upon the property described as <br /> 915 E. Weber Ave,, Stockton (San Joaquin County Assessor's Parcel Number <br /> 151-150-11) for the purpose of Phase II Environmental Assessment work and <br /> where necessary the collection and testing of soil and groundwater samples and <br /> all incidents necessary to accomplish said work on, in, under, or above the <br /> subject property. <br /> It is understood that the AGENCY shall indemnify and hold GRANTOR harmless <br /> from any liability resulting from the use and occupancy of said property under this <br /> right of entry. It is further understood that the AGENCY shall return the property <br /> to its original or better condition immediately upon completion of work. The <br /> AGENCY will be responsible for properly handling all sample materials requiring <br /> disposal.
