(AGE) has prepared this Limited Subsurface <br />Investigation Report for the above-referenced property. The investigation was conducted as part of <br />a due diligence process for a potential property transfer. <br />The scope of work included submittal of a work plan, a boring permit and regulatory oversight fees <br />to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD), advancement of one soil <br />boring for the collection and laboratory analysis of soil and grab ground water samples, and <br />preparation of this report. The location of the site is illustrated on Figure 1. Major features on the site <br />and soil boring locations are illustrated in Figure 2. <br />Upon your approval, copies of this report will be transmitted to Ms. Lori Duncan of the EHD. <br />INTRODUCTION / BACKGROUND <br />AGE has performed a limited historical research for the subject property located on abandoned <br />Weber Avenue between abandoned A Street and B Street within an industrial area of Stockton, <br />California. The site is a small triangular parcel, APN 153-111-01, that was vacant at the time of the <br />site reconnaissance. The prominent features on the subject property are depicted in Figure 2. <br />A site visit was performed for the property on 31 October 2006, with the then-property owner Mr. <br />Shaker Ahmed as well as Mr. Chris Steele of Coldwell-Banker and Mr. Wayne Bier, present owner <br />of the property. The potential Recognized Environmental Conditions (RECs) noted from the site visit <br />and research generated from the review of Sanborn Fire Insurance maps from 1895, 1917, 1950 and <br />1972, miscellaneous aerial photographs, phone directory listings from 1920 to present and file <br />review at the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department are as follows: <br />837 Shaw Road, Stockton, California 952 15 <br />Telephone (209) 467-1006 Fax (209) 467-1118
