No. 7473
William R. Little
`4"--Oi'----v1 Senior Project Geologist
California Professional Geologist No.7473
21 March 2011
AGE-NC Project No. 10-1810
RECOMMENDATIONS
Based on the findings of the Phase II, AGE recommends:
Evaluation or development of Best Management Practices (BMPs) of the
businesses operating on the subject property to improve housekeeping; and
Collection of additional grab ground water samples to determine the impact to
ground water, from on-site or off-site sources. Proposed grab ground water sample
locations are illustrated on Figure 2.
LIMITATIONS
AGE's professional services were performed using that degree of care and skill ordinarily
exercised by environmental consultants practicing in this or similar localities. Findings were
based primarily upon analytical results provided by an independent laboratory. Evaluations
of the geologic/hydrogeologic conditions at the site for the purpose of this investigation
were made from a limited number of available data points (i.e., soil borings, soil sample
and ground water samples) and subsurface conditions may vary beyond these data points.
No other warranty, expressed or implied, is made as to the professional recommendations
contained in this report.
The opportunity to provide this service is greatly appreciated. If you have any questions or
require further information, please contact our office at (209) 467-1006.
Sincerely,
Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc.
Ally L. Colavita
Project Scientist
Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc.
