NO EXTENSIONS CAN BE GRANTED. If you fail to <br />do so, your LOC funds will automatically be reduced to zero (deobligated). Once this occurs, <br />any future funds for this site are subject to availability when you submit your first reimbursement <br />request. We continuously review the status of all active claims. You must continue to remain in <br />compliance and submit a reimbursement request every 6 months.
