Waterloo Road <br />Stockton, CA <br />SITE CODE: 1758 <br />As the responsible party for the above subject site, you were directed in a letter dated <br />November 25, 2008, from the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) to <br />immediately reinitiate operation of both the ground water and soil vapor extraction systems that <br />were installed to remediate the petroleum contamination in the soil and groundwater at the site. <br />Although, the groundwater extraction system has been placed back into operation, the soil <br />vapor extraction system is still not in operation. <br />In order to discuss your failure to comply with the EHD directive, a meeting has been scheduled <br />for January 6, 2009, at 9:00 a.m., at the EHD office, located at 600 E.
