Waterloo Road, Stockton, CA 95205
Dear Mr. Sidhu:
At your request, Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE) has prepared this report in
conjunction with the removal of two 5,000-gallon, steel, underground storage tanks (USTs) at the
referenced address. The tanks, UST 45 and UST 46 were removed on 16 February 1999.
BACKGROUND LOCATION
The site is located in a mixed commercial and residential area of low topographic relief, (Figure
1 - Location Map) at an estimated elevation of 27 feet above sea level.
The estimated depth to ground water at the site is 40 to 50 feet below surface grade (bsg) based
on information from Lines of Equal Depth to Groundwater Spring 1996, published by the San
Joaquin County Flood Control District and Water Conservation District (FCD&WCD). Based on
the map titled Lines of Equal Elevation of Groundwater Spring 1996 also published by the
FCD&WCD, the site is in an area where ground water flows toward the east. Ground water was
not encountered during removal of the USTs.
UST REMOVAL
Figure 2 shows the pre-removal UST locations. The UST removals and soil sampling were
performed under observation by the San Joaquin County Public Health Services - Environmental
Health Division (PHS-EHD) and the City of Stockton Department of Fire Prevention (SFP).
4005 North Wilson Way, Stockton, California 95205
Telephone (209) 467-1006 FAX (209) 467-1118
