Like we discussed earlier, AGE submitted a check in the amount of $1,112 for a boring permit for the site located at 308
North Grant Street (Larry's Auto). The finalized permit was issued in the amount of $834. Due to the inability to gain
access onto a portion of the property, the scope of work and proposed soil borings were not completed and the permit
was kept open. It is likely that we will not gain access into that building and we would like to close out the permit. AGE
would like a check refunded in the difference amount. I attached the approved permit to this email.
If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to give me a call.
Best regards,
AdvancittlGeo
Environmental
An Employee•Owned Company
Rene M.
