E. <br />STOCKTON, SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br />Central Valley Water Board staff concur to the Work Plan with conditions to pilot testing of <br />ozone injection. <br />The sparge wells will be drilled and installed under San Joaquin County Environmental <br />Health Department Well Permits. <br />Injections of ozone require a Central Valley Water Board permit for Waste Discharge <br />Requirements General Order for In-Situ Remediation and Discharge of Treated <br />Groundwater to Land No. R5-2015-0012. Please note that <br />monitoring reports are due on the 30th day of the month following that quarter (this report <br />was due 30 January 2015). The most recent semi-annual monitoring report for the Second <br />Quarter of 2015 was due 30 July 2015. Please submit the overdue monitoring report <br />electronically to GeoTracker by 30 September 2015.
