Wilson Way Stockton, CA 95205
Site code: 39-1304
Dear Mr. Infurna,
Mr. Sheldon Heckman, the Manager for Connell Motor Truck, has requested that the Company be
allowed to repair and place back into commercial use the canopy portion of the above stated property. The
concrete pavement in the area of the canopy and over the former UST location was destroyed during UST
removal.
I have informed Mr. Heckman that the soil investigation and remediation work has not been completed
in these areas and that full access will be required to complete this work. Mr. Heckman has assured me
that the San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Health Division has Connell Motor
Truck's full cooperation and that access to any part of this area will remain as it is at the present. The
work planned will repair the concrete pavement to the original surface condition before the UST's were
removed.
As you requested in our phone conversations of this date, Mr. Heckman has signed below signifying his
agreement that the access remain as it is at the present for any future soil investigation and remediation
work. Please acknowledge the receipt of this letter by correspondence directly to Mr. Heckman.
Yours truly,
Connell Motor Truck Co.
Ervin Rifenburg PE Sheldon Heckman, Manager
For signature:
CONNELL MOTOR TRUCK CO.
P.O.
