WILSON WAY <br />STOCKTON CA 95205 <br />San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division <br />(PHS/EHD) has reviewed the Preliminary Site Assessment report for this site. <br />Based on the contaminants present, further investigation to determine the extent of <br />the soil and/or groundwater contamination is required. <br />An "Underground Storage Tank Unauthorized Release (Leak)/Contaminated Site <br />Report" has been filed pursuant to Section 25295 of the Health and Safety Code <br />(HSC). The appropriate disclosure of a hazardous waste discharge pursuant to <br />Section 25180.7 of the HSC has been made, and the site has been placed on the list <br />of contaminated sites in San Joaquin County which is maintained by PHS/EHD. <br />PHS/EHD under contract with the State of California Water Resources Control Board <br />(SVVRCB) oversees the investigation and remediation of contamination from leaking <br />UST's. Responsible parties must take corrective action in response to an <br />unauthorized release, in compliance with Section 25299.37 of the HSC and <br />Corrective Action Regulations adopted pursuant to Section 25299.77 of the HSC. <br />PHS/EHD uses the SWRCB "Prioritization System for Leaking Underground Storage <br />Tank Sites" to prioritize all the contaminated sites.
