The soil vapor samples will be analyzed for volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and total petroleum hydrocarbons as gasoline using EPA Method TO15. The depth to groundwater beneath the subject property is not specifically known; however, but according to EFI's research, is expected to be approximately 15 feet bgs. Therefore, groundwater is not expected to be encountered during this investigation. The attached Figure 2 illustrates the proposed boring locations. Exact locations of the soil borings will be determined at the time of pre-marking the site and after utilities are cleared.
