WORK PLAN FOR ADDITIONAL SITE ASSESSMENT
FORMER SHELL STATION
2575 Country Club Boulevard, Stockton, CA
Chemical and field measurement data summarized in tables and on figures; and
Copies of the boring log, laboratory report, chain-of-custody documents and similar project
documentation.
3.4.6 SCHEDULING
The Site assessment activities described in this workplan will be implemented within 45 days
following receipt of approval to proceed from the CRWQCB-CV. An electronic report documenting
the findings of the assessment will be submitted to the CRWQCB-CV Underground Storage Tank
Program within 60 days of receiving finalized analytical data.
3.5 Vapor Intrusion to Indoor Air and Extent of Contaminant Plume -
Item #5
The site is an active service station and the station property is therefore exempt for vapor
intrusion to indoor air per the State Water Board's LTCP. The groundwater pollution plume does
not appear to extend under adjacent properties. Vapor intrusion to indoor air does not appear to be
a complete pathway. Please confirm this interpretation in the Work Plan due 10 March 2017.
The Site is currently occupied by an active an active Valero service station (Google Maps, March
2017), and is exempt for vapor intrusion to indoor air per the State Water Board's LTCP. Based on
the most recent groundwater monitoring data (CRA 2014), the groundwater plume does not extend
under adjacent properties. Therefore, the pathway for vapor migration is incomplete.
3.6 Requirement for Well Construction Table - Item #6
Please include a well construction details table in all ,future documents. This table should include
at a minimum: all Site monitoring wells and identified water supply wells, well or boring name,
installation date, destruction date (if applicable), elevation, total depth, well diameter, screen
interval, and .filter pack interval. Existing and destroyed wells should be included on this table.
Inclusion of this infbrmation will aid review.
As requested, a well construction details table will be included in all future documents. It is
included in this document as Table 2.
Page 6
